- Subscriber management and AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) platforms
- Guest Wi-Fi management and captive portal solutions
- Billing and quota management systems
- Network hardware appliances
- Cloud and on-premises deployment options
- Technical support and maintenance services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
4. License and Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Accsium and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.
5. Payment Terms
For paid services, the following terms apply:
- Payment is due in advance unless otherwise specified in your agreement
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for recurring services
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain high availability for our services. Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) includes:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee for cloud-hosted services
- 24/7 technical support for critical issues
- Regular maintenance windows with advance notification
- Disaster recovery and data backup procedures
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accsium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accsium and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- By providing 30 days written notice for convenience
- Immediately upon material breach by the other party
- Immediately if you violate any provision of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
